We settle this cooperation on a B2B basis – with a VAT invoice and a service agreement that clearly defines the scope, pricing and each party's responsibilities.

Yes, but only with the Managed Backup Premium add-on service – the standard technical backups included with hosting are meant for infrastructure continuity, not for restoring a specific day before the damage occurred. Backup Premium gives you 30-day retention (up to 30 consecutive daily recovery points) and 2 data-recovery operations requested from us per month, included in the subscription. Our hosting is priced transparently – 225 PLN net per year for every 100 GB of disk space. Every package includes unlimited FTP accounts, mailboxes and domains, with Firewall and Anti-DDoS protection added free of charge. For larger projects and dedicated servers we prepare an individual quote.
Yes. Beyond standard shared hosting, we build and provide VPS servers tailored to individual needs – a custom application, a background script, a proxy server, custom firewall rules, or any other solution that requires dedicated resources and full control over the environment.
